We hope that you are all doing well, it is hard to believe that we are already in February. The committee met on Wednesday to arrange a few get togethers for this year. If there are any of you that are interested in joining the committee please let us know, we would love some new and fresh ideas.

This year the only big event will be our annual braai, this will be our 18th Annual Braai and it will again be held at Lake Sammamish, Sunday Aug 29. so please make a note of this event.

On Friday March 5th we hope that as many of you as possible will be able join us at a South Arican owned Jerzy's Wine & Bistro Bar in Redmond,

Special South African items on the menu will be Bobotie, Curry, Sosaties, Boerewors, Crepes - savory & sweet, children are welcome. Because Fridays are a busy time for the bar we ask you all to please RSVP. We will be sending out reminders but we would appreciate if you could RSVP before March 1^st.

The next event will again be at the Redhook Brewery in Woodinville on Saturday May 8. The idea is to do the beer tour in the afternoon, for those who would like to participate, and then have dinner afterwoods, more information will follow,

We are also looking into joining the technological age and setting up a group FaceBook page for the club - that way all of you can stay in contact via Facebook, we guess the next thing will have to be twitter.
