From I-90 going East: Drive to exit #15. Follow the OAC signs to our shelter, it will be the first shelter
on your left, the same as last year. They are now charging for entrance to all Washington Parks, but since we booked before
the introduction of the fee, they have issued a coupon that enables us to enter without paying. The parking coupon will follow
in our next e-mail.

$10.00 per person over 18, $5.00 per child and $25 max per family. It will help us if you

Salad - Last name beginning A to O - please bring a salad serving
for 8
Dessert - Last name beginning P to Z - please bring a dessert serving for 8
Pap and bredie are always welcomed as a substitute.
Drinks Bring
your own. We will provide water and ice. Alcohol OK, but non keg beers.
Utensils - Braai utensils, paper plates, serviettes, cups and
utensils will be provided.
To order wonderful goodies from Alta and Fred click on link, all orders must be in by Monday the 15th
September. Place orders
There are picnic tables, but bring chairs and blankets for your comfort.
For the kids, bring
bikes, balls, bats, etc.
If the weather permits we will have some Boere Sports again, there will be no prizes for the children this
year as it only causes problems.
Bring a little extra money, we will have raffle prizes.
Rain or shine we will have the braai.
