CLUB
CHARTER
Formed on June 1995, the OUT-OF-AFRICA CLUB (OAC) is to be autonomous, non-profit, non-political,
non-sectarian, and non-partisan, in which membership is open to anyone from Southern Africa, and to those who are genuinely interested
in the purposes of the club.
Members shall pay an Annual Membership Fee as determined by the board, plus a variable event fee
per adult. Only paid members shall be eligible for office and have voting privileges. NOTE: The annual membership has
been waived - committee meeting revision MAY-2003.
Among the activities in which the club may be involved,
are social (e.g. picnics, braaivlies, wine tasting), information (e.g. lectures, speakers), sponsorship (e.g. hosting Southern
African visitors, dignitaries, sports people)
Comments or statements made by OUT-OF-AFRICA CLUB committee members,
or paid members are not necessarily the views and/or standpoints of the OUT-OF-AFRICA CLUB.

information is solely for the use of the "OUT-OF-AFRICA CLUB" to arrange meetings and events. NO INFORMATION is sold or shared with
any other CLUB, ORGANIZATION or COMPANY.
